Marketing Management

With the increasing needs and desires of humans and the limited resources available, then the marketer has to manage everything effectively and efficiently as possible. For everything that goes according to plan, then we need a marketing arrangement or what we call the Marketing Management. According to the American Marketing Association is Phillip Kotler "Marketing Management is the process of planning and executing the conception, pricing, promotion, and distribution of ideas, goods, and services to create exchange That satisfy individuals and organizations goals."
This definition says that marketing management is a process to plan and implement the concept, pricing, promotion and distribution of ideas, goods and services to create exchanges that satisfy an individual's or organization's goals.
According to experts of other marketers, Kotler said that: "Marketing management as the art and science of choosing target markets and getting, keeping, and growing customers through creating, delivering, and communicating superior customer value"
This definition says that marketing management is a combination of art with the science regarding the selection of target market, obtain, maintain and grow the customer, through the creation, delivery, and communicating the value received by customers. In an attempt to achieve the goal, the company should consider various factors, both internal and external factors of the company. This is noteworthy because these factors can inhibit or support efforts undertaken by the company. Many people think that marketing is only limited, to market and advertise a product. This is not entirely correct. Marketing or marketing is not limited to sell and advertise goods or services that can be sold alone but the actual marketing of a wider and more complex.
According to Kotler, the marketing is meant by "A social and managerial process by which individuals and groups obtain with They need and Want through creating and exchanging products and value with other." Which can be freely translated as: "A social and managerial process of how individuals and groups obtain what they need and want by creating and exchanging products and value with others (other people)."
At the core concept of marketing is the embodiment of their desires, needs and human demands set out in the form of products with the aim of satisfying human desires so that marketing can happen when someone decides to exchange an item for the sake of satisfying their wants and needs. From the above definition, we see that there are some aspects that became the core of the definition. One of them mentioned the concept of planning in the areas of pricing, promotion, distribution commonly covered in the Marketing Mix.
If the offensive terms of marketing management, then we will always mention the four main factors which influence the course of a marketing management. All four of these factors include price, area marketing, promotional or marketing activities conducted by the company, and the most important factor is the product itself. In order to place optimal sales, we need governance as well the right marketing management. For the product itself divided into two basic things, namely a real product that is ready to be marketed like a production car, mobile phone, food, drinks and so forth. Then type product into two is a form of product and services, as an example of this is the product service product communications services, services such as spa body treatments, and much more.
